Communications Manager

In this new role, the Communications Manager will work with our leadership team to provide overall communications for Animal Health Canada to enhance the flow of information to our members and stakeholders. The candidate must be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

As the Communications Manager, you will perform the following duties to plan, coordinate and deliver well-balanced communications. You will provide tailored and consistent corporate messaging across the organization, create and review documentation to support our divisions and initiatives, and actively lead the development of our crisis communications plan and media-related efforts. To achieve these important goals, you will work with the Executive Director, our leadership team, and AHC members and stakeholders to define project needs and develop resources in support of AHC as it works to meet its strategic objectives.
